July 21, 2020 – Safe Access Survey

All operators of a senior’s housing facility must develop and implement a safe visiting policy that enables friends, families and loved ones to visit residents within the facility during the COVID-19 pandemic. We have created this survey to allow our residents, staff, loved ones, and visitors of the Centre to share their input.
