St. Andrew’s Centre is a non-subsidized, Independent Living facility for seniors 60+. Independent Living is catered to individuals who do not require medical supervision and would enjoy the convenience of meal options, housekeeping services, maintenance-free living, and more on-site services!

The wait time for a suite is a tricky thing to estimate. Factors could vary depending on the current availability, your suite preference, planned moving date and how flexible you are with these preferences. For current information, contact us at info@standrewscentre.com to review your options.

We have suites that face our live tropical atrium and suites with balconies that face the outside surrounding community. Our suites come in different floor plans: Bachelor, One Bedroom, One Bedroom + Den, and Two Bedroom. More information can be found on our Suites page or by phoning 825-480-7057. 

We accept cats and small birds! Vet records and a pet deposit are required.

No, we are a non-smoking facility. This means smoking is prohibited in resident suites and their balconies.

Yes! We have two heated underground parkades for residents and a large above ground parking lot for all guests or residents seeking free parking options.

We have a range of recreational activities such as: Card Games (Crib, Bridge, Whist, & more), Bingo, Shuffleboard, Pool, Fitness Classes, Carpet Bowling, Movie Nights, Residents’ Association Events/Entertainment, Garden Boxes, Exercise Equipment, Educational Opportunities, Art Classes, and more!

An events calendar is given to all residents in the Monthly Newsletter and posted by our Residents’ Association.

We would love to meet you in person and take you on a tour of our facility! We also require a completed application, three months of financial statements, a Notice of Assessment, and a completed Physician’s Medical Form.

• Our Garden Cafe is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
• The Hospitality Department is available for suite cleaning and laundry services.
• Onsite maintenance is ready to assist with any suite repairs and small projects.
• Security is onsite after hours, on weekends, and during holidays to ensure the safety and security of our residents.
