May 24, 2022 – COVID Outbreak [UPDATE]

Dear Residents, Staff, and Visitors,  

This is to provide an update regarding the current outbreak within our Centre.

To date:

• 33 residents and 6 staff have completed PCR testing
• 24 resident cases have been confirmed by PCR testing
• 2 confirmed cases in staff and 1 PCR test pending
• 26 cases are resolved/recovered

We have not received any complaints of illness symptoms from residents in the last few days. This is positive news and should the trend continue outbreak will be declared over 20 plus 1 day after the last confirmed case of illness. Our anticipated outbreak release date currently is June 8, 2022. Once released from outbreak status the Centre will methodically return our community back to its standard operating practices.
